Takko Lacquer Fall 2015 Collection

Hey y'all! So I have a big swatch post for you guys today! Takko Lacquer is restocking the fall collection this week as well as a few new colors. When the fall collection released, my package was stuck at a USPS processioning facility and I wasn't able to get them swatched before hand.

Since they are being restocked, I figured now would be a great time to share them and we can all ogle over them together!

Please Note: Products shown were provided by the company/creator for review purposes.

Takko Lacquer Paper Cuts, Filthy Rich, Coquettish, Matcha Latte, Pony, Rise & Grind, Rhinestone Eyes

Takko Lacquer Paper Cuts

Paper Cuts is a deep brown leaning red crelly. It is the first cream/crelly from Takko Lacquer and such a great shade for fall/winter. It is in the ox blood family, but it has a little bit more brown undertones (at least on me) and is super vampy and sexy! The formula is buttery smooth and being the first of it's kind, Sheryl knocked it out of the park! I am excited to see more Takkitos like this in the future!

Takko Lacquer Filthy Rich

Filthy Rich is a black jelly with golden flakies. Again a super seasonably appropriate polish from Takko! This one will be perfect for a NYE mani. I usually don't go for black polish, but black and gold is one of my favorite color combos, so this one is a winner in my book! Again, smooth formula, excellent application. 2 coats for full opacity.

Takko Lacquer Coquettish

Coquettish is a soft mauve pink with turquoise shimmer. Oh, you guys. This one is SO pretty. Pictures do not do it justice. I know I have like ten favorite Takkitos, but hello number eleven! I can't even with that shimmer. Perfect application, 2 coats. Easy, breezy.

Takko Lacquer Matcha Latte

Matcha Latte is a milky jade green with pink shimmer. The shimmer is similar to Floridazed from the summer collection. The color is just gorgeous - I can't get over that green! It applied perfectly with 2 coats for full coverage.

Takko Lacquer Pony

Pony is a bright fuschia pink with blue shimmer. OH you guys. This color is so bright and so fun and I want to wear it all the time! As with the rest, it applied with out any issues and I used 2 coats.

Takko Lacquer Rise & Grind

Rise & Grind is a mustard yellow with real silver flecks. Now this color isn't for everyone, and definitely falls into the "ugly pretty" category. But if you are brave enough, give it a try! It is like a little bottle of sunshine!  The silver flecks are so shiny and they add such depth to this polish! I wasn't sure if I would like it, but it just makes me so happy! The application and formula were identical to the rest of the collection.

Takko Lacquer Rhinestone Eyes

Rhinestone Eyes is a dusty lilac with real silver flecks. On me, this is the perfect nude shade and holy shit - new fav. Top of the list fav! I am SO in love with these pale cool toned nudes that I never want to take them off! This is my pick from the collection even though every color is perfection. Identical formula and application as well.

Whoo! That was a long post. But I'm sure you all are drooling now - I know I am! All of these will be restocked December 9th at 8 pm EST so set those alarms and camp out on your computer so you can snag one or five.

A few things to note - As with the summer collection, all the Takkitos are now infused with Vitamin E. It does affect the formula slightly. These do dry down more satin than most other polish and the consistency is slightly thicker than previous Takko Lacquer polish. It is not problematic at all. Sheryl knows how to create a killer polish and I have NEVER had issues with the consistency.

Also, going forward, Takko Lacquer polishes will now be in a smaller bottle and will have a price change to reflect the difference in amount.

Again, restock happens December 9th at 8pm EST!!
